Yes, I am that chick from Clueless and Sabrina The Teenage Witch.  It's okay if that's why you found your way here. I won't tell anyone. That's how I found my way here too, so we're all in the same boat.

I have done a ton of other things since then, including (but not in this order):  gotten married, become a yogi, lost a father, birthed an awesome human, overcome a brutal battle with anorexia, moved to Spain, moved to San Francisco, wrote a book, taught myself to cook, & danced on stage with Prince.  I've also done two television series, a bunch of films, narrated two brave and  best selling audiobooks written by Sheryl Sandberg,  written a celebrity-mom-blog for People.com, and pretty much cornered the market on Christmas movies with dogs in the early to mid-aughts. If you have kids under the age of 12, or are a fan of Sappy Cable Movies For Women, chances are I've made you laugh or cry or throw up, once in the past decade. You're welcome.   

Here are my general thoughts:  We are all witnesses for one another's lives. May we reflect loving kindness. May we exude harmony and joy. May we be impassioned and at ease. May we engender an atmosphere of authenticity and depth. May we move through challenge and darkness with all of the reverence and respect and grace they deserve, for there is no way out but through.
